"What I learned from yoga is that it's not about the form and posture. It's how you engage in the posture. “When you engage in the posture rather than trying to create a form, you are free to be where you are." Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen

E-RYT 500 | RPYT | YACEP | B.S. Kinesiology, Education I’ve been teaching movement and yoga for over two decades, blending science, embodiment, and heart. With a background in Kinesiology, Psychology, and Education, I began teaching movement in 1995 and discovered yoga in 2003—by chance, on a dare after a ski-conditioning class. That moment began a lifelong exploration of mindful movement, body awareness, and connection with nature. A former NCAA Division I athlete and white-water raft guide, I’ve since trained extensively in Vinyasa, Anusara, Therapeutics, Prenatal, Restorative, Yin, Pilates, TRE®, and Embodied Yoga Principles. My teaching is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person’s unique path of embodiment. As Director of Flow Yoga School, I lead Yoga Alliance–approved continuing education programs and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (December 2025–June 2026), as well as advanced 500-hour trainings. My mission is to empower students and teachers to find their flow—on the mat, in the body, and in life.
I strive to empower each student and teacher to find their flow—in movement, in breath, and in life. Whether you’re taking your first step toward teaching or deepening your practice, you’ll be guided with warmth, humor, and integrity.
